Fine Fee Schedule

First Damage Incident
  • $100.00 Fine (MacBook)
  • $85.00 Fine (iPad)
  • The student may also receive disciplinary action by school administration as per Flagler Schools Discipline Matrix.
Second Damage Incident
  • $150.00 Fine (MacBook)
  • $125.00 Fine (iPad)
  • The student may also receive disciplinary action by the school administration as per Flagler Schools Discipline Matrix.
Third Damage Incident
  • Full reimbursement for all repair parts or price of entire device, whichever is less.
  • The student may also receive disciplinary action by school administration as per Flagler Schools Discipline Matrix.
  • Student automatically becomes a "Day User" and responsible for Indecent Fines/Fees.

  • Dings/Dents*: No Fee/Fine
  • Excessive Dings/Dents*: Fine to be Assessed
  • Line in Screen: No Fee/Fine
  • Battery/Charging Issue*: No Fee/Fine
  • Missing Keys, Case or Cover*: Fine to be Assessed
  • Missing Keys-Keyboard is Unrepairable: Incident Fee/Fine
  • Clutch Cover/Mudflap Cracked or Missing: Incident Fee/Fine
  • Trackpad Cracked Working/Not Working: Incident Fee/Fine
